The Circle of Chi has 9 chapters. The first is about connecting to the life force, to the energy. The next 4 chapters are sometimes called Tai Chi Gung 101. They address the Mind, Breath, Movement and Nutrition on 3 levels. Tai Chi Gung 102 are how we are connected to our world: Work, Money, Relationships, and Nature.
Energy flows in a figure 8. It goes from the center of your being out into your world, and it returns back to you.
The trick is to raise the vibration of this flow of energy until every aspect of your life is “feeding” you.
Walking honors one of the most important flows of energy there is: you are going forward. Fast or slow, allow yourself to be and go at your own pace. Halfway through, begin to gradually slow down, like a car shifting from 5th gear to 4th gear, from 4th gear to 3rd gear and so forth. Breathe in through the nose and out the mouth.
These exercises are the core of the Tai' Chi Gung system. They have been practiced and shared in an unbroken lineage for more than 3000 years. They balance the right and left side of the body, calm the nervous system, improve peace of mind, and build strength and flexibility.

Using Mala Beads is a powerful way to begin. Choose a phrase and repeat it with each bead. It can be from your faith tradition, or any inspirational source, including your intuition. One powerful affirmation to consider is: Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world or Om Shanti (Sanskrit for 'Give Power to Peace'). Master Lama Rasaji (Founder of Circle of Chi, formerly Circle of Life) is one of only 12 Master Lamas. He lived and trained at the original Tai' Chi Gung Lamasery in Tibet. This is the very same school that Lao Tzu opened when he left China more than 3300 years ago. The system of Tai' Chi Gung has been passed down ever since, from master to student in an unbroken lineage.
Master Lama Rasaji has been training in Lao Tzu's regenerative health system for more than 50 years and has been sharing the system for more than 40 years. The teachings of Lao Tzu are based on the Siddhi Yoga Master lineage, going back more than 10,000 years.
